Terms of Service

These terms apply when a business (“you”) uses TapnShout (“we”, “us”), including the dashboard at app.tapnshout.com, customer pages, QR codes and NFC stands. By signing up you agree to these terms.
1. The service
TapnShout gives your customers a page where they pick options about their visit and get an AI-written draft to post on Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook or Google from their own account. Customers decide whether and where to post. We do not post on anyone’s behalf and do not guarantee any number of posts, views, reviews, rankings or sales.
2. Fair and honest use
You agree to follow the rules of each platform and the consumer protection laws where you operate. In particular, you must not:
- offer discounts, gifts or other rewards in exchange for Google reviews, or for positive reviews on any platform;
- ask staff, friends or anyone who has not visited to post using your page;
- show the page only to happy customers or hide Google from unhappy ones (“review gating”);
- add options that are false, misleading or about things your shop does not offer.
If you offer an in-store treat for social media posts (where the platform allows it), you must tell customers to say so in their post. We may suspend pages that break these rules.
3. Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you enter (shop details, options, logo, links). You confirm you have the right to use it. You give us permission to display it on your customer pages and use it to write drafts.
4. Free trial, plans and payment
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with limited drafts. No card is needed.
- Paid plans are billed in US dollars by Stripe: annual (US$660 per year, includes one NFC stand) or monthly (US$69 per month). Prices may change for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice.
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Each plan includes a monthly draft limit (currently 300) to keep the service fair. We will contact you before changing your limits.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. NFC stands
Annual plans include one NFC stand, shipped to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times depend on your country. If a stand arrives damaged, email us within 14 days for a replacement.
6. AI-generated drafts
Drafts are written by AI from the options customers pick and may occasionally contain mistakes. Customers can edit every draft before posting. We remind customers to label AI-assisted content where a platform asks for it.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep TapnShout available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Third-party apps (such as Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, Google and WeChat) may change how they work, which can affect features like opening apps or copying text. We may improve or change features over time.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, TapnShout is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms, including removal of posts or accounts.
9. Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or do not pay, and will tell you why.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Singapore.
