Questions shop owners ask
Is this allowed on Xiaohongshu, Instagram and Google?
Yes. Customers post their own real experience from their own accounts, and drafts only use the options they picked. We never hide Google from unhappy customers (no review gating) and never reward Google reviews. If you offer an in-store treat for social posts, the post must say so. We also remind customers to tick Xiaohongshu’s AI-assisted label.
Do I need to speak Chinese?
No. Your dashboard is in English (or Chinese if you prefer). The AI writes Chinese for Chinese-speaking customers and English for everyone else.
Do my customers need an account?
Yes, their own Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook or Google account. Most people already have the app signed in, so one tap opens it with the text copied and ready to paste.
What if they scan with WeChat?
WeChat blocks other apps from opening. The page detects this and guides customers to open it in their browser, or walks them through posting step by step.
