Free trial first
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed, so you can test TapnShout with real customers before paying anything.
Annual plan: 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy within 30 days of your first annual payment, email support@tapnshout.com from your account email and we will refund the full US$660. You can keep the NFC stand. The guarantee applies to your first annual payment only, not renewals.
Monthly plan
You can cancel anytime in your dashboard under Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part-months.
Renewals
We send a reminder before an annual plan renews. If you forget to cancel, email us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
